We have some unforgettable experiences in store for young horse fans! Our summer holiday program (July & August) also includes pony rides, trail rides, and riding lessons on Haflinger horses – and of course, it's absolutely free of charge!

In the summer months of July and August, we offer pony rides here at the hotel, trail rides, and riding lessons on ponies as well as Haflinger horses.
We have created a weekly program especially for the kids, focused squarely on horseback riding.

in July & August
Horseback riding in the paddock
- supervised riding in our own riding paddock – for children of all ages and abilities, beginner and experienced
- no registration required – just drop by
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
- 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Trail rides
- horseback ride for kids through the countryside with a stop at the Holzknecht hut to grill sausages
- register at the reception by 7:00 p.m. the day before
- Tuesday
- 10:00 a.m. – approx. 1:00 p.m.
- short-notice cancelations possible in case of bad weather
Kids' Afternoon
- supervised kids’ afternoon with a variety of great activities such as bread baking, painting, riding, and more
- register at the reception by 7:00 p.m. the day before
- Thursday
- 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
